Elektra
- added 7 September, 2000
Elektra
is a clone of the classic arcade game QIX, which was made in 1981
by Taito America Corp. The concept of this game is very simple.
In order to advance in the game you must cover more than 65% of
the game area by filling the screen with rectangles. You can choose
between fast and slow speed when covering the screen. You'll receive
more points by going slow, but you'll be more vulnerable at this
speed. There are several enemies you must evade: The spinning QIX
which moves around in the territory, the Sparx which travels along
the borders of the territory and the Fuse which will track you down
if you're hesitating. If you're touched by one of these, you'll
loose one life.
Elektra has nice graphics and good sound effects. If you're new
to the QIX consept or you're looking for some retro action, Elekra
is the game to download.
